Our uniform

The uniform at Lucan Community College consists of a black jumper with the college crest, and a red/grey/black striped tie. Girls wear these with a white shirt, grey/black/red plaid kilt and black socks or tights. Boys wear the school jumper and tie with grey trousers, a grey shirt and grey socks. Black shoes must be worn by all students (Dubes or boatshoes with light coloured soles are not acceptable footwear).

The college tracksuit is black with red trim, with the crest in red. There is also an official school runner, acceptable and moderately priced, which is compulsory both for PE and for all leisure pursuits, because the college has a policy of eliminating designer clothing and footwear.
