On Saturday last Ms Malone accompanied past pupil Yasmin Aminou to University of Limerick where she received the prestigious JP McManus All Ireland Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to gifted students across the country in recognition of their excellent Leaving Certificate results and will assist them in completing their Third Level education.
Yasmin who is a former Student of the Year and Spirit of DDLETB, is currently studying Pharmacy in Trinity College Dublin and would like to pursue a career in healthcare.
The school community in Lucan Community College are very proud of Yasmin and wish her all the best for the future!
